Hi, I’m Shawn, a Colorado native with a lifelong passion for creating and connecting through design and photography. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Design and a Master of Arts in Learning Design and Technology from the University of Colorado Denver, I bring a unique blend of storytelling, artistry, and technical expertise to everything I create.
Photography is my all-time favorite passion — I never feel more alive than I do with a camera in my hands hunting the perfect shot. Whether I’m capturing the beauty of Colorado landscapes, creating meaningful portraits, or supporting non-profits through compelling visual storytelling, I love using my lens to highlight the extraordinary moments in life.
In addition to my work in photography, I’m a Senior UX/UI Experience Designer at Salesforce, where I craft intuitive, human-centered designs that help clients solve problems and make life a little easier for their users. My background spans web, print, video, UX, and motion graphics, all of which shape my creative perspective behind the camera.
When I’m not designing or photographing, I spend time with my family, volunteering, noodling around on the bass guitar (though the band still keeps me away from the mic), or cheering on the Denver Broncos.
